CapLand Real Estate Advisors is a specialised property company that primarily assists clients in the sale of development related real estate assets, as well as provides a full service development team that can deliver a project from concept through to completion.
By combining development expertise with real estate sales, it allows CapLand to deliver significant value to its clients and maximize the value of each asset as well as generate realistic results in a timely manner.
One of CapLands core practices is working directly with Receivers and Lenders on real estate assets to complete an in-depth analysis of the asset, assist in any repositioning via adjusting approvals, additional construction and then finally managing the sale process.
CapLand primarily operates in South-East Queensland, although has experience working throughout QLD and Northern NSW. We strongly believe that success in real estate is about combining local knowledge and local relationships with international property expertise.
