One of CapLand’s core practices is working directly with Receivers and Lenders on real estate assets to complete an in-depth analysis of the asset, assist in any repositioning via reconfiguring approvals, managing additional construction, followed by managing the divestment process.
CapLand primarily operates in South-East Queensland, although has experience working throughout QLD, Northern NSW and the NT. We strongly believe that success in real estate is about combining local knowledge and local relationships with international property expertise.
